Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service

TTSS provides custom landing page design, funnel structure, strategy, setup, and digital service work. These services require reserved project time, creative direction, and implementation once a project begins.

Client Summary: This is a custom service — not a physical product — so refunds work differently.

2. Before Project Start

Refund requests made before the intake form is submitted and before project work has started may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any applicable payment processing fees or administrative costs.

Client Summary: If work has not started yet, a partial refund may be considered.

3. After Project Start

Once work has begun, all payments are non-refundable. Project work may include strategy review, page structure development, copy placement, design work, funnel setup, integrations, preview preparation, or any implementation related to the purchased service.

Client Summary: Once we begin building, your project time and creative work are already allocated.

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

TTSS is committed to delivering a professional final result. If a client is not satisfied with the initial version, TTSS will work within the revision scope included in the purchased tier to refine the page based on client feedback.

Revisions are intended for refinement and alignment, not full redesigns or new project directions.

Client Summary: We work with you to get it aligned — revisions are the first solution, not refunds.

5. Client Delays & Project Abandonment

If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 or more calendar days after project start, the project may be marked as paused or closed. No refunds will be issued for projects delayed, paused, or abandoned due to lack of client communication.

Reactivating a closed project may require an additional restart or reactivation fee.

Client Summary: If communication stops, the project may close because reserved work time has already been used.

6. Hosting Subscription

TTSS hosting is a monthly service that keeps the client page live and connected. Hosting payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

Clients may cancel future hosting billing according to the cancellation process provided by TTSS. Cancellation stops future hosting service but does not refund previous billing periods.

Client Summary: Hosting keeps the page live. Once a hosting month starts, that month is non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing TTSS services, clients agree to contact TTSS first with any concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination, paused access, removal of hosted pages, and formal dispute handling procedures.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Refunds will not be issued based on sales performance, lead volume, ad performance, conversion rate, or business outcomes. TTSS provides the design, structure, and setup of the page, but results depend on the client’s offer, audience, traffic, pricing, follow-up, and marketing strategy.

Client Summary: We build the page — results depend on how it is marketed and used.

9. Acceptance of Refund Policy

By completing a purchase, submitting an intake form, or moving forward with a TTSS project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
