TTSS provides strategy-led, conversion-focused landing page design services. Each project is built with a structured approach designed to elevate clarity, positioning, and user experience.

2. Scope of Services

Launch Tier: A clean, professional landing page designed for speed and clarity. Includes mobile-first layout, content placement, and essential structure.

Conversion Tier: A strategy-backed page designed to guide users toward action. Includes messaging guidance, structured sections, and conversion-focused layout.

Signature Tier: A premium, high-impact page designed to elevate brand perception. Includes advanced visuals, custom design elements, and strategic positioning.

Client Summary: Each tier builds on the last — more strategy, more customization, and stronger positioning.

3. Project Start

Your project officially begins once payment is completed and the intake form is submitted. TTSS reserves production time upon project start.

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated timelines:

• Launch: 1–3 business days
• Conversion: 3–5 business days
• Signature: 5–7 business days

Timelines may extend if content is incomplete, feedback is delayed, or revisions are requested beyond the initial scope.

5. Revisions & Refinement

Revisions are included to refine — not redesign — the page.

• Launch: up to 2 revisions
• Conversion: up to 3 revisions
• Signature: up to 5 revisions

Additional revisions, structural changes, or full redesign requests may require additional fees.

Client Summary: We refine your page with you — but full redesigns are outside the original scope.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely process, clients agree to provide accurate content, respond in a reasonable timeframe, and review previews before approval.

TTSS is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client input.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

For clients enrolled in TTSS hosting, the $49/month hosting plan includes hosting, domain connection, and 1 minor update per month.

Additional updates may be available at an additional cost. If hosting is discontinued, TTSS is not responsible for page downtime, broken connections, or platform-related issues.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final landing page is yours to use. TTSS retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Performance Disclaimer

TTSS builds pages designed for clarity, trust, and conversion-focused structure. However, TTSS does not guarantee specific sales, leads, income, conversion rates, or business results.

Results depend on your offer, traffic quality, audience, pricing, marketing consistency, and other external factors.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing TTSS services, submitting an intake form, or proceeding with a TTSS project, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
